Subject: Howdy from Frozen Stevens Point!So I just moved from gorgeous, sunny Las Cruces, where I enjoyed wines from local vineyards and extremely inexpensive Mexican food, along with beautiful hiking in the Organ Mountains, to the frozen waste that is winter in Wisconsin.
Anyway Im a landlord and photographer, and contribute to some real estate news and resource sites like NuWire Investor and EZ Landlord Forms (which has a great lease agreement builder, for all you landlords out there!).
